Cheapest for a wholesale lot is not the same question
FoxDMS is wholesale-first software. It tracks purchase price, transport, recon, auction fees, and floor plan interest per vehicle. On each wholesale deal it saves the buying dealer, the vehicle, the price, and the payment method, shows profit against cost, and prints the purchase agreement, which is the bill of sale. A public dealer website, listing feeds, and BHPH loan servicing are not in that product. Retail customer sales are marked coming soon. If you sell trucks dealer-to-dealer, the same inventory is what you use: see truck dealer management software.
DealerVLO's $29 price is lower, and that pricing page says the plan includes a website, feeds, and BHPH. A retail lot that wants those tools is looking at a different product than a wholesale dealer who wants per-vehicle floor plan cost. Frazer's desktop plan at $129 per month and DealerCenter's $99 DMS line are retail-oriented platforms with their own add-ons, described on the pages linked above.
