Every plan is priced per dealership and billed monthly. Inventory, floor plan interest per vehicle per day, per-VIN expenses, and deals are the core of the product. Cancel from the billing portal. There is no annual contract and no phone number for support.
Trial, QuickBooks, and where FoxDMS runs
- 14-day trial: a credit card is required at signup. You are not charged for 14 days. The trial uses the limits of the plan you pick. Sign up at https://foxdms.com/register.
- QuickBooks: integration is coming early 2027. It is not a working connection today. Use FoxDMS for per-VIN cost and use QuickBooks separately until that ships. See QuickBooks for car dealers.

- How you open it: a web browser. A phone browser works. There is no native iOS or Android app to install.

That page says the price includes the DMS, CRM, deal jacket, document generation, syndication feeds, a public dealer website, and BHPH, plus federal and state title paperwork for all 50 states, on a month-to-month plan. DealerVLO's terms say a valid payment method is required to start the 14-day trial, and that the subscription converts to $29 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
