Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 10, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and fees paid for FoxDMS, operated by Adamz Insights LLC.

1. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and you authorize us to charge the payment method on file.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for partial months or unused time.

3. Annual Subscriptions (If Offered)

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. If we approve an exception in writing, any refund may be prorated and may exclude discounts, taxes, and processing fees.

4. Plan Changes (Upgrades / Downgrades)

If you upgrade, we may charge the difference immediately and the new plan applies at once. If you downgrade, the downgrade typically applies at the next billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for downgrades or unused time except where required by law or approved in writing.

5. Add-Ons, Usage Fees, and Professional Services

Fees for add-ons, usage-based charges, and professional services (such as onboarding, custom settlement templates, data migration, or training) are non-refundable once the service is performed or usage occurs, except where required by law.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe we billed you in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge with details. If we confirm an error, we will correct it and, if applicable, issue an appropriate refund or credit.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension of access pending resolution. We may provide evidence to the payment processor regarding the validity of charges.
